NYS LIFELONG LEARNING MONTH (Revised and Updated): A.L.L. worked with the New York State Assembly to designate September 2007 as New York State's first Lifelong Learning Month. A.L.L. continues this tradition in September 2009 by sponsoring an evening of storytelling by popular Irish storyteller Bairbre McCarthy.
