Defense Agency Online Partnership
Welcome to the Defense Agency Online Partnership web site at Empire State College, State University of New York. This partnership was developed to provide educational opportunities to acquisition workforce members who work for defense agencies. The DoD DACM Office within the Defense Acquisition University, has established the Empire State College Tuition Assistance program to help aquisition employees meet the educational goals that they need to progress in their careers.
Our students can study from any location where telephone and Internet access are available. Terms begin five times a year in September, November, January, March and May.
Online academic advising, academic services and credit for prior learning gained from work or life experience are available.

Application deadline for the November term is September 1, 2009 and for the January term is November 1, 2009 for Department of Defense employees. Please indicate DoD as your employer when completing the application or registration forms.

If you would like to study at Empire State College but do not plan to pursue a degree, you can earn credit for courses by enrolling as a nonmatriculated student. Nonmatriculated study also can be an excellent way to hone your skills, train for employment, earn credentials and increase your marketability. To enroll as a nonmatriculated student, please contact us.
