Electronic Submission Form (Faculty ONLY)
Welcome to the Empire State College Writing Resource Center Electronic Submission Form. College faculty can use this form to contribute new materials to the Writing Resource Center. To post a resource for review, please follow the directions listed below.

Directions:

1. All entry fields marked in orange and with an asterisk are required. Your submission will not be reviewed and tracked unless all required fields are completed.
2. The method of submission is to "attach" the file to the submission form. This will allow you to keep tables or graphs intact. To keep file sizes small, we recommend that if the file is over 500K you "zip" the file using either Zip or Stuffit.
3. When you hit the submit button, a receipt page will display your name, the name of the resource, the date and an ID number. Please refer to the ID number in all correspondence.
4. If you are adding to or modifying an existing resource, please check the Add/Change box.
5. By checking the appropriate box and submitting the form you are acknowledging preliminary acceptance of the rules and procedures of publication. Final acceptance will be upon the written signature of the responsible author.
