WELCOME TO THE WRITING RESOURCE CENTER
About This Site
This site provides access to electronic writing resources developed by Empire State College faculty for adult learners and faculty use. Currently, the site features documents from The Genesee Valley Center Writing Program, The Writer's Complex and the Library web site selected by a faculty writing panel from the college.
How to Use This Site
Use the Annotated Resource links on the left to find selected resources. Use the top links to perform a full text search across all Empire State College writing resources, or see a list of those resources by Key Word or Author. Faculty may send students to the online pages, or print materials as student handouts.

We welcome comments and suggestions from faculty, staff and students. Please email your feedback to WritingPanel@esc.edu.
How Faculty Members Can Submit New Materials
Faculty who have already developed materials that would be appropriate additions to this collection are encouraged to submit them to the writing panel for review. Please see Submission Guidelines for more information on submitting materials.
Under the oversight of the faculty writing panel, new topics can be developed to serve the needs of faculty and students. The college may provide support for proposals meeting identified needs in this area. Current projects in development are Critical Reading and Thinking and English as a Second Language. To submit materials electronically, faculty members should see the Electronic Submission Form.
