Registration Process
- Complete a Navy Tuition Assistance application and submit it to your Navy College Office (NCO). Sailors can obtain information about Navy Tuition Assistance at https://www.navycollege.navy.mil/.
- Register for courses at MyESC.
- Forward your Tuition Assistance Authorization to Empire State College by fax, email or mail. Fax it to 518 587-2660, attention Corporate and Military Programs. Email it to special.programs@esc.edu. Mail it to Corporate and Military Programs, 113 West Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. If your TA authorization does not cover the full cost of the tuition please include a payment for the balance to finalize your enrollment by the payment deadline. A balance can be paid online at MyESC and the payment deadlines can be found at Term Dates. If you are registering online, your registration will not be finalized until we receive the TA authorization or other payment.

Withdrawing from Courses
Students may officially withdraw from a course by notifying Special Programs staff in writing. You may fax your withdrawal request to 518 587-2660, attn. Corporate and Military Programs, or e-mail it to special.programs@esc.edu. Tuition refunds are based on the signature date of the withdrawal request. Lack of participation in a course does not constitute a withdrawal or release of tuition liability.
