To view the degree roadmap for a specific rating, click on the degree listed for that rate.The roadmaps outline potential transfer credit based on your rating.The exact number of credits that can be applied to each individualized degree will be determined with the assistance of your advisor during the educational planning process.

NOTE: Of the 64 credits required for an associate degree, 16 must be taken at Empire State College and up to 40 can be transferred from other sources (college transfer, military credit, national testing). The additional 8 credits can either be taken at Empire State College or transferred from other accredited institutions as part of your approved degree plan.
