Before You Apply:
Although we strive to provide as much information as possible through this web site and our printed material, selecting the right educational program is an important decision, and we want to make sure FORUM is the right fit for you. To avoid mismatched expectations, you are strongly encouraged to contact us and speak with an advisor or attend an information session.
Admission Criteria:
FORUM candidates should be prepared to actively participate in five weekend residencies per year, and be able to commit appropriate time each week towards completion of their studies. You must also provide official transcripts of any college credit listed on your application. Students born on or after January 1, 1957, must also provide proof of immunity to measles, mumps and rubella, in accordance with the New York State Public Health Law 2165. Additionally, as of August 15, 2003 and in accordance with the New York State Public Health Law 2167, all students must provide proof of a meningococcal meningitis vaccination within the past ten years. Application Deadlines:
FORUM has a 3-term academic calendar. Please keep in mind that all application materials must be received by the priority date to guarantee a timely review of your application. We strongly recommend that you apply as soon as possible. The more lead time you provide, the more likely you are to be enrolled at the time you specify on the application.
