to send a fax as an email attachment. Do you have lots of forms that
you are constantly faxing or mailing to people? Why not email the form
instead? Sign up for a free efax account. You will be assigned a
fax number where you can send faxes and the faxes will be automatically
sent to your email address. You --- and the recipients of your emailed
faxes --- can download the efax reader plug-in very easily and then view
and print out the fax on your computer's printer. Here's how you can use
this tool: fax yourself a form that you send out frequently. It will be
emailed to you as an attachment. Whenever anyone needs this form, forward
the attachment to him or her. This definitely saves on long distance fax
bills --- and it's very convenient.
