Mary Edinburgh

College Registrar and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Officer

Mary Edinburgh was appointed the college registrar in 2003 and is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) officer. The Office of the Registrar is responsible for all official student records, generating official transcripts, issuing diplomas and implementing academic policy. The office works closely with the academic centers and provides a technical review of academic offerings throughout the year. The office also provides training to center staff as required for policy and procedures.

The Office of the Registrar has been involved in the implementation of a variety projects in the Office of Academic Affairs relating to collegewide academic affairs technology intiatives. Edinburgh serves as Registrar representative on key college committees.

Previously, Edinburgh served as the college as the Director of Institutional Research and Director of Institutional Research and Records.

Edinburgh's professional memberships include AACRAO, MSAACRAO and the SUNY Registrar's Association.

Edinburgh earned her B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from St. Edward's University.
