Welcome to Empire State College, of the State University of New York. Empire State College's Center for Distance Learning (CDL) is a partner with AHCAP offering convenient, online associate and bachelor's degree programs.

Our students study from any location where telephone and internet access are available. Terms begin five times a year in January, March, May, September, and November.

Online academic advising, academic services, and credit for prior learning gained from work or life experience are available.
