Lodging
The Saratoga Hilton will provide double-room accommodations. It will not be assumed that your roommate is attending solely based on your entry. Both you and your roommate must complete a registration form. If you do not indicate a roommate on the form, one will be assigned to you. Individuals requesting a single room will be responsible for paying half the cost of the room ($71 per night). Individuals requiring special accommodations that may include single occupancy due to disability need to contact, in confidence, Mary Morton (mary.morton@esc.edu).
Per travel guidelines, anyone who works or lives within 35 miles of Saratoga Springs is not eligible for overnight lodging.
