Book-return Policy and Authorization Request Form

What Can Be Returned

  • Books in new, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, or 30 days from the start of the term (CDL, School for Graduate Studies, etc.) with prior approval from the bookstore.
  • Shrink-wrapped items that have been unwrapped are not returnable.
  • Video tapes are not returnable, except where noted.
  • Audio tapes are not returnable.
  • Damaged packages may be refused at time of delivery.

Shipping and Handling

  • The shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable.
  • Returns must be shipped via an insured carrier. We suggest UPS. Call 800-PICKUPS (800-742-5877) to find a UPS location near you.
