Course Numbering System
Understanding the way that courses are numbered at the Center for Distance Learning may help you in planning your degree program.
The 1st Digit of the course:
Residency Courses begin with 1
11 231 4 Management Principles
Web Courses begin with 2
21 231 4 Web-based Management Principles
3rd Digit identifies the course level:
Introductory level
1 - freshman
2 - sophomore
Advanced level
3 - junior
4 - senior
The last digit identifies the credit amount.
For example:
112314 = print course, lower level, 4 credits
