How to Register

Step 1. Choose courses:

Select your courses from our Online Catalog and view the current Term Offerings.

Step 2. Check important dates:

Important Registration Dates for Empire State College courses.

Step 3. Register:

If you have already applied and been accepted to the college, you can use your login and password and proceed directly to www.esc.edu/myesc and register under the academics tab. If you would like to take a few courses as a nonmatriculated student (without formally applying to the college) please fill out this Short-form Application and you will be sent a login and password upon completion. Once you receive a login and password go to www.esc.edu/myesc and register under the academics tab.

Step 4. Payment of tuition and fees:

Visit the Tuition and Fees page, please note that all payments must be made in U.S. dollars.  The payment can be submitted online through MyESC. Payments must be made by the "Last Date for Payment" which can be found online on the Term Dates link.

Note:

Before ordering books, the college will confirm that your courses are available, your advisor has approved your course selections, and you have met academic and financial obligations.
