Fuel-Efficient Vehicle Parking
Empire State College has designated parking spaces for high-efficiency vehicles (HEV) at 113 West Ave. in Saratoga Springs and at all new buildings that will be designed for LEED certification, Every year the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy releases a list of the highest-rated efficient and low-emitting vehicles. Those vehicles on the list are allowed to park in the HEV spots.
