Profile

Lokesh Rastogi has been a senior business executive for over two decades in finance, control and management, most recently with Washington Mills Electro Minerals Corporation. Prior to this, he worked in the subsidiaries of the British Petroleum Company. He consults in materials management and delivers seminars on technology management, change management and ISO 9000 at the corporate level.

Rastogi is active as a presenter, discussant and executive member of The Academy of Management (AOM), Japanese Association of Management (JAM) and other professional associations/bodies in the field of accounting, finance and materials management at the local, national and international levels. He has lectured in India, Nepal and Australia.

Before joining Empire State College’s Niagara Frontier Center in 1988, he taught as an adjunct in Fordham University, City University of New York, and Niagara University’s extension division. He works with students in the college’s FORUM Management Program, the M.B.A. program, as well as students enrolled through the Niagara Frontier Center. His mentoring interests are accounting and finance, international business, human resources management, economics, management studies, such as managing change, strategic management, and ISO-9000.

He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees and ICWA Certification from India; his post-graduate diploma in management science from London, UK; an M.B.A. from Long Island University, and a D.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
