Empire State College's FORUM Management Program is an established, degree program designed for working managers and business professionals. The program combines online learning, guided independent study, weekend residencies, and the opportunity to earn credit for prior college-level life and work experience.

This unique combination enables you to complete a bachelor's degree in a flexible and timely manner. FORUM students enjoy a structure that blends online learning and the management seminar experience with the nontraditional guided independent study for which Empire State College is internationally known. The program is structured with two weekend residencies per term. Between each residency, you will be involved in self-directed distance learning with advisement by faculty mentors. The individual attention by our faculty mentors provides a student-centered, customized approach to learning.
