RIVERHEAD LOCATION

Empire State College's Riverhead location is at 303 Griffing Avenue; rear enterance and serves students from eastern Suffolk County, including both the North and South forks, and Shelter Island. Presently, our Riverhead office is open from 10:30 to 7:00 PM Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 to 5:30 PM on Fridays.

Since we opened, we have attracted a diverse, multicultural group of exciting and interesting adult students of all ages. Their employment backgrounds include all east-end industries including major corporations, national laboratories and agriculture. Our students plan associate and bachelor's degrees, and a surprisingly large number decide to continue for a master's degree.

The Riverhead Unit holds small, informal information sessions that are by appointment only. Please call Joan Hubbard at 631 208-2970 to schedule your attendance at a session.
