With our Master of Arts in Teaching degree program, you can begin teaching in middle or high school in just one year. Study part time for the first year, then work full time as a paid, entry-level teacher while completing your graduate study.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the content to be taught, a bachelor’s degree, excellent academic skills, experience or strong interest in online learning, and interpersonal skills needed to work effectively with students to provide leadership in high-need schools.
