Via Long Island Expressway EASTBOUND

LIE Eastbound to Exit 39 (Glen Cove Road). Stay on the LIE eastbound service road for 2.9 miles until you reach the light at Powell's Lane. Make a left and go over the overpass. Make another left onto the westbound service road and quickly get into the right lane. . Proceed past Powell’s Lane (0.67 miles) traffic light and turn right at the large white sign that reads “SUNY College at Old Westbury.” Drive through the gate and continue approx. ¼ mile directly into the Trainor House parking lot.

Via Long Island Expressway WESTBOUND

LIE Westbound to Exit 40E (Syosset). Stay on the westbound service road, go through light across Jericho Turnpike to second light. Continue through second light bearing right so that you remain on the westbound service road. Proceed past Powell’s Lane (0.67 miles) traffic light and turn right at the large white sign that reads “SUNY College at Old Westbury.” Drive through the gate and continue approx. ¼ mile directly into the Trainor House parking lot

From the South

Take Meadow Brook Parkway or Wantagh Parkway north to Northern State Parkway heading East. Exit Brush Hollow Road and make a right, follow to end. Take a right onto Rte 25 Jericho Turnpike East, stay left, and follow signs to Rte 495 West but don’t enter highway. Stay on West 495 service road. Proceed past Powell’s Lane (0.67 miles) traffic light and turn right at the large white sign that reads “SUNY College at Old Westbury.” Drive through the gate and continue approx. ¼ mile directly into the Trainor House parking lot.

TRAIN

Take the LIRR to either the Hicksville or Westbury train station. A taxi from the station is the only means of transportation to the college.
