Dependent StudentIndependent Undergraduate StudentGraduate Student
$31,000 (no more than $23,000 of which can be subsidized) $57,500 (no more than $23,000 of which can be subsidized) $138,500 (total between undergraduate and graduate levels)

Please note that as of July 1, 2013 all new loan borrowers (including students who have previously borrowed loans but have paid them off), are subject to the subsidized 150% regulation.  This regulation limits subsidized loan eligibility to six years or the equivalent for students in a bachelor's program, and three years or the equivalent for students in an associate program.  A student that has not reached the aggregate loan limit, but who has reached this limitation, will not be eligible for subsidized student loans.
