Incorrect.

This is a compound-complex sentence. It contains two complete sentences joined by a linking word ("The finals are on Saturday." "We'll have to compete without Paul."). The second complete sentence also contains an additional phrase which is not a complex sentence in itself ("who will be in court all day...").

The finals are on Saturday, but we'll have to compete without Paul, who will be in court all day arguing an important case.
