Lotus Notes and Domino

IBM Lotus Notes and Domino is a family of client and server-based offerings providing messaging and collaboration technology.  It is used as Empire State College's email system for faculty and staff.  All employees are issued a Lotus Notes account, which grants them access to mail and other appropriate databases, over the network, using the Lotus Notes client software installed on their assigned college workstations. Web-based access is also available.

Lotus Notes address books are a type of organizational directory containing information about users, various servers and other custom entries. Updating and resolving data conflicts stored in these documents or records allows servers to process and deliver mail efficiently to registered users and to schedule various server tasks.

To report a problem with your Lotus Notes email account, submit a technology support request.
