Project Management

The project management office manages projects in the Office of Integrated Technologies (OIT) that are primarily related to information technology.  These services include:

  • working with other college offices, centers and programs to investigate and analyze requirements for project initiatives
  • working with the Educational Technology Committee in reviewing initiatives and assigning priorities 
  • managing the assignment of OIT personnel and the ongoing staffing requirements for approved projects
  • developing project plans
  • managing the execution of  approved projects from initiation to closure.
