The project management office manages projects in the Office of Integrated Technologies (OIT) that are primarily related to information technology. These services include:
- working with other college offices, centers and programs to investigate and analyze requirements for project initiatives
- working with the Educational Technology Committee in reviewing initiatives and assigning priorities
- managing the assignment of OIT personnel and the ongoing staffing requirements for approved projects
- developing project plans
- managing the execution of approved projects from initiation to closure.
