This is an International Trade Law (ITL) Monitor alias "Ananse" home page. The materials are presented by subject (e.g., free trade, sale of goods, transport, insurance, payment), chronologically, and has information pages on trade related organizations. The ITL also maintains extensive links to other sites related by the subject international trade. Of particular interest is trends in transnational and supranational commercial law and practice. Among some of its main features are the ITL Treaties, Conventions, Model Laws, Rules and other relevant trade instruments.

CISG is the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the Uniform International Sales Law of countries that account for two-thirds of all world trade. This is a database, maintained by the Pace University School of Law, on the nature of the CISG and on the manner in which it should be interpreted.
The "CISG online" website provides texts, articles, bibliographic references and German case law on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
This information from comes from an OECD site. Competition policy is aimed at enhancing the workings of markets. Hence, competition policy is concerned with anticompetitive behaviour as well as how other government policies, e.g., economic regulation and regulation of international trade, affect the workings of markets. The purpose, scope, content and method of enforcement of competition law vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction although there is increasing convergence within the OECD area.

GLIN maintains and provides a database of laws, regulations, and other complementary legal resources. The basic elements of this database are: (1) full texts of the documents in the official language of the country of origin; (2) summaries or abstracts in English; and (3) a thesaurus in English.

Created in 1992, the Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit research and educational institution which seeks to develop the legal infrastructure necessary to facilitate the movement of goods, services and investment capital in the Western Hemisphere. The Center conducts comparative legal and transactional studies of the disparate laws, practices and attitudes among countries of the Western Hemisphere desiring to participate in a free trade area. The Center's various projects serve to identify and eliminate the structural legal obstacles to free trade through the harmonization of commercial laws and practice and the standardization of legal documentation.

The Executive Office of the President, Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, provides yearly National Trade Estimate (NTE) reports on a country by country basis of significant barriers to the export of U.S. goods and services, foreign direct investment, the protection of intellectual property protection, anticompetitive practices and other barriers.
