This site provides toll free numbers and links to home pages of major international airlines and is maintained by Princeton University students.

• Country Codes for the Internet

This site provides country codes and abbreviations for select organizations. International is abbreviated as "INT." These codes serve as domains mapping to designated countries for internet use. The country codes are based on the ISO 3166 two-character codes and they correspond to the names assigned by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) for Internet domains.

• Exchange Rate Information and Data (International)

This link provides currency conversions for 164 countries. You may view any exchange rates among 164 currencies for any day since 1 January 1990 through today. The currency conversion rates are updated daily at 8:00 p.m. EST.

• Foreign Languages for Travelers

This site provides you with over a range 60 languages you may wish to familiarize with before traveling abroad. You can also hear the words or phrases being spoken in the foreign language.

• Global Travel Network

This site provides links to cruise, hotel, tours, travel agency and visa card information. You can also make real time travel reservations.

This site provides a link to the Center for Disease Control web site where you can find all the information about precautionary measures before you begin your travel. This is a link to passport services. Click and download printable passport application forms at this site.

• Time and Date Around The World

This link provides the current local time all over the world.

• Translating Dictionaries

This site provides on-line translation in 16 major world languages.

• Travel Warnings/Public Announcements/ Consular Info Sheets

Travel Warnings are issued when the State Department decides, based on all relevant information, to recommend that Americans avoid travel to a certain country.

Public Announcements are a means to disseminate information about terrorist threats and other relatively short-term and/or trans-national conditions posing significant risks to the security of American travelers.

Consular Information Sheets are available for every country of the world. They include such information as location of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in the subject country, unusual immigration practices, health conditions, minor political disturbances, unusual currency and entry regulations, crime and security information, and drug penalties. If an unstable condition exists in a country that is not severe enough to warrant a Travel Warning, a description of the condition(s) may be included under an optional section entitled "Areas of Instability."
