Withdrawal Information
To officially withdraw from your Empire State College web course, you must submit a written request for withdrawal to the USWA-ICD Distance Learning Program via mail (USWA-ICD Distance Learning Program, Empire State College, 113 West Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 ), e-mail (Special.Programs@esc.edu) or fax (518 587-2660). Written requests must be received by the end of the fourth week of the term to avoid tuition penalties. If the withdrawal request is received after the fourth week of the term, the student is liable for the tuition.
