Student All College Conference – The Student All College Conference was held on Friday and Saturday, November 4th and 5th, 2005. Based on feedback from our members and those students, faculty and staff in attendance, SAC has judged this event to be a resounding success. 28 students attended the conference, along with additional faculty, staff and professionals from the regional centers and the coordinating center.

Planning for next year's conference – November 3-4, 2006 at the Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs - has begun.

SAC Feedback – at our recent in-person meeting, SAC members gave feedback on the following items:

MyESC – Kathy Farrell from the Center for Learning and Technology presented a proposed, updated version of the site for our input

ALPLC proposals – Tai Arnold led a discussion of the proposed revisions in educational planning guidelines and individual prior learning assessment

Front Porch – SAC members have been supplied with the web address to the Front Porch webpage, and have been encouraged to post their feedback on the different initiatives reported there

Graduation Ceremonies – SAC also gave feedback to President Moore on the proposed changes in the scheduling of ceremonies

SAC Newsletter – our fall issue has been mailed to all students enrolled in the college at some point during the past year. The lead article was written by President Moore with a focus on the implementation of the academic calendar

Strategic Plan – SAC will have a conference call with President Moore in order to give him feedback on his proposed Strategic Plan
