Office of Communications and Government Relations Calling for Photo Entries for College Calendar 2012-13

The Office of Communications and College Relations is calling for entries of photographs suitable for the next four-color college calendar, 2012-2013, which will be distributed in August. There is no theme for the publication, and all students, faculty and staff are welcome to participate. The deadline for submissions is June 13. (At left, calendar cover 2011-12)
Photos must be sent as JPG files on disk to Lorraine Klembczyk, designer, OCGR, 2 Union Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, or by email to Lorraine.Klembczyk@esc.edu. Any questions about this project also should be directed to Klembczyk, either by email or at 51-587-2100, ext. 2864.
The following information must accompany images:
- name of artist
- location (for work or study)
- email address
- phone number
- how name should appear in the credits
- name of photo (if unnamed it will be named ‘untitled’)
- where photo was taken
Photo specs:
- horizontal orientation
- size: 10' wide x 8' h
- resolution: 300 dpi
- color: full color (no black and white)
Submissions are limited to five images per person. Links to personal portfolio websites will not be accepted.
