Are you Living Lean?

Many of you are already aware of the new health and wellness programming now available to you. Going forward, every month we will offer students a look inside a component of the new programs.
This month, learn how to make better lifestyle choices and live lean from a computer screen with “Living Lean,” a weight-management program geared toward teaching a person how to make rational rather than emotional choices when it comes to food.
Living Lean is not a diet. Envision instead a person transforming his or her outlook regarding weight management in just 12 sessions by creating healthier habits, and how to apply the strategies to your own life.
Additional components of Living Lean include a menu planner, calorie counter, nutritional glossary and a food-category explorer. Imagine being able to get to the root of your own eating issue, and kick bad food habits to the curb. This program provides the tools necessary to become a healthier person. Visit the Student Wellness Assistance website for more information. There is no additional charge to access this program. It is just a few clicks away, and can be a start of a healthier you.
