Print Shop

Part of the Office of Communications and Marketing, the college's Print Shop offers a variety of services, including printing, binding, posters and banners, as well as mail merging with variable data and copying.

The Print Shop helps college offices avoid:

  • depleted inventory
  • stockpiles of outdated, unused materials

  • collating (saddle stitch, folds and face trims)

  • scoring and two-way perforation

  • perfect binding for wrap-around heavy paper covers  (catalogs, books)
  • hole punching for binders and inserts
  • padding (memo pads, message pads)

  • corner or two-side stapling

  • photographs, awards, certificates
  • matting in white and accent colors
  • hanging hardware

  • size can range to 44' by 10+'
  • posters primarily in a 32” by 40” format
    • PowerPoint layout template with instructions and guidelines built into template
    • can be mounted on foam core for hanging on wall
    • can be produced flat to roll up and travel in protective tube
    • can be scored/hinged to use as a tabletop display
  • lamination available
  • indoor and outdoor signage (A-frames, door and wall decals, office signs)
  • printing on repositionable cling materials 

  • full-color printing on press and copiers (brochures, viewbooks, booklets)
  • two-color projects on press and copiers (stationery, informational material)
  • black ink copier (collates/saddle stitches – catalogs, reports, booklets)
  • color copiers (post cards, small brochure runs, posters)
  • mail merges (variable data for letters and postcards, etc.)
  • scanning to print or file (TIFF, JPG and PDF)
