There are many services within the Office of Communications and Government Relations that can help ensure a college-sponsored event is a success.

The special events coordinator, working with a designated point person for the event, determines the best level of support, including specific services required.

An individualized event support plan is developed, based on the event's needs assessment and budget.

Request Services

Projects are customized to meet specific client needs. The time required from concept to deliverables will vary.

For planning purposes, anticipate a minimum of a six-week turnaround.
