Community Outreach Grants

‎To support the efforts of our academic centers to increase access to postsecondary education for underserved and underrepresented populations, Empire State College has established a community outreach fund.

Guidelines for proposals, the application form and a budget sheet are submitted to the Affirmative Action Committee which makes recommendations regarding the grants to the president.

An affirmative action plan has been prepared in accordance with State University of New York policy and the regulations promulgated by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), U.S. Department of Labor, 41 CFR Chapter 60.
