Guest Registration and Guidelines
Who is a guest?
A guest is considered anyone who is not a currently matriculated student of Empire State College and is attending conference meals and sessions with a registered student. Guests must be at least 18 years of age per SUNY policies to participate in meals/sessions.
A fee of $100 per guest has been assessed for the Fall Student Conference to cover the costs of meals, conference materials, etc.
Guest Registration Instructions
Guests can only be registered for the conference after the ESC student/alumni has registered for the conference. Please utilize the Online Guest Registration form for registering up to 2 guests. The assessed fee of $100 applies to each guest. Please make checks payable to SUNY Empire State College Foundation and mail to:

Please be sure to include a note with your name and student ID number.
Please note that when bringing a guest to a conference, you, as the SUNY Empire State College Student, are solely responsible for your guests actions and behavior. Guests need to abide by the SUNY Empire State College Student Code of Conduct. In the event that a guest violates college policies, the student will be held responsible.
