New This Year for our 3rd Annual | 3 Events

For our 3rd Annual, we will have 3 events combined into 1 day! We are excited to announce that EdCampAccessNY and Digital Citizenship, Metaliteracy, and Micro-credentialing: K-12 Connections will be joining the traditional LIT event this year to provide even MORE professional development opportunities for our attendees!

#edcampaccessNY will be at LIT this year and have a space for breakout discussions and a "technology for all learners" test-kitchen! Edcamp Access NY's mission is to bring together K-12+ educators, service providers, administrators, and other professionals in the field to maximize learning opportunities for individuals who struggle with academics, behaviors, social skills, executive functioning skills, and beyond. The goal is simply to make environments and instruction accessible and appropriate for all learning needs. Meet the founding members of Edcamp Access. Much more to come on the EdCampAccessNY website!

Digital Citizenship, Metaliteracy, and Micro-credentialing: K-12 Connections

Join faculty from Empire State College, the University at Albany, and local K-12 educators for a series of workshops centered around exploring digital badging and digital citizenship in K-12 contexts.  You will have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with university faculty, local teachers, and administrators as you learn about instructional resources for your school and classroom.

Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE)

Participants can receive Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) hours for attending the whole day. Certificates are emailed after the conference to attendees who require them.
