The Moodlerooms LMS Upgrade is Complete

New Features

Messages and Notifications

New messages and notifications are highlighted in the messaging and notifications menu located next to your username. Users also have the ability to view messages and notifications and configure their preferences from the respective dropdowns.

Lock Moodlerooms Forums

Moodlerooms Forum posts can now be locked after a predetermined amount of time so students can no longer add replies. Students still have the ability to start new discussion posts but will receive the message "This discussion has been locked so you can no longer reply to it" when viewing a locked discussion post.

Assignment Deadline Overrides for Individuals or Groups

Much like the Quiz activity, an Assignment Activity deadline date & time can be overridden for an individual student or group.

Faculty can now make a selection for students using the Choice Activity.

Allow Faculty to Toggle to Student View in the Gradebook

Faculty can toggle between what a student sees in their user report vs what the faculty sees in the user report.

The Grades button is now located in the Navigation Block.  While in your  Moodlerooms course locate the Navigation Block.  The Grades button is located beneath the Participants link.

The Advanced Forum activity has been renamed Moodlerooms Forum.  All functionality has been maintained.
