The Harry Van Arsdale Jr. School of Labor Studies and the International Finishing Trades Institute partner on a residency-based program leading to Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degrees in Labor Studies. In person residencies can be offered up to twice a year at the IUPAT/IFTI Training Center in Hanover, Maryland. The remaining work of the semester is completed remotely, via the colleges online learning management system and/or videoconference. Working with a faculty mentor, students will design their Labor Studies degree program which may include credit earned through the Prior Learning Assesment process when appropriate.

Master of Arts in Work and Labor Policy
Members who complete the Bachelors program or already have the appropriate Bachelors degree may be interested in the Empire State College School of Graduate Studies Master of Arts in Work and Labor Policy Program. They will participate through online courses and the residency currently being offered.
