Intentional Reading for Graduate Students (February 3 & 5)
A focused, purposeful approach to reading books and peer-reviewed journal articles is necessary to acquire knowledge, think critically, and write at the graduate level. In this workshop we will examine academic texts to learn how to: skim and identify key information and ideas; read deeply, actively, and critically; analyze and respond to texts; and more. Take your reading skills to the next level by becoming an intentional reader!
Tips & Tricks for Lengthy Graduate Writing Assignments (February 6)
