Frequently Asked Questions About MyESC

Do I need to login?
You can access many of MyESC's pages without logging in. If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to login whenever you try to do any of the following:

  • Register for studies
  • Access personal information such as your financial or academic records or update your contact information.
    NOTE: Your personal information is protected by an extra layer of security, so you may be prompted to login a second time.
  • Access the DP Planner
  • Access online studies in Moodlerooms
  • Use certain research services in the library
  • Access any other password-protected part of the site

How can I send in a comment or suggestion about MyESC or other parts of the college site?
You will find a "Service Desk" link at the bottom of every page of the college web site. It takes you to the Service Desk website, where you can use an online form to make a comment and the college's service desk staff will forward it to the correct person.
