See College Ad and Dean Mackey Comments in "Online Learning" Supplement in the New York Times

Empire State College appeared in the New York Times in two locations last Sunday (Jan. 8).NY Times logo

For the first time, the college advertised in the "Online Learning" magazine, similar to the "Education Life" pullout section the newspaper also produces. The four-color ad focused on the Center for Distance Learning and also emphasized the advantages of Empire State College in mentoring, prior-learning assessment and transcript review.
In addition, CDL Dean Tom Mackey and CDL student Anita Brown were interviewed by NYT writer Jane Feld for information for other content.
On Feb. 23, the NYT will publish a supplement , “Continuing Education," in which the college also will advertise.
PDFs of the college's involvement are attached.
