PRESIDENT LISA VOLLENDORF TO PARTICIPATE IN STATEWIDE LEADERSHIP PANEL
Panel is part of a Celebration of University/College Women Presidents
(SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY, APRIL 7, 2022) — Empire State University President Lisa Vollendorf has been invited to participate on a statewide panel of university and college presidents as part of the New York chapter of the American Association of University Women’s celebration of women leaders in higher education. The event will take place on Saturday, April 8 from 9:15 a.m. to noon, with President Vollendorf’s panel presentation beginning at 11 a.m.
Vollendorf will join the presidents of six other SUNY colleges and universities at SUNY Geneseo, SUNY Ulster, SUNY Buffalo State University, SUNY Adirondack, SUNY Oswego, and Tompkins Cortland Community College. The event program can be found here.
Topics to be discussed include the importance of role models and mentorship, career challenges and opportunities, Title IX, and the rapidly changing higher education landscape.
