Empire State University holds Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society induction
Over 400 students inducted to the oldest and largest national honor society for non-traditional students.
(SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY – APRIL 12, 2024) Empire State University inducted its second class of students into the Alpha Sigma Lambda honor society in a virtual ceremony.
Alpha Sigma Lambda is the oldest and largest national honor society for non-traditional students who meet exceptional academic standards and leadership requirements. Empire State University is part of the Omega Tau chapter and over 400 students were inducted in a ceremony on April 11, 2024. In order to be recognized, students must complete a minimum of 24 credits towards an associate or bachelor’s degree, hold a cumulative GPA of at least 3.85, and participate in the annual induction ceremony.
