Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Additional hours may be arranged, in advance, for specific circumstances.

The office is closed on federal holidays. Please contact the office directly for additional information.

From the North

  • Take Interstate 87 (Northway) south to exit 7 (Route 7 E/Troy) to merge onto Route 7 E toward Troy and Cohoes
  • Cross the Hudson River and take the exit toward 6th Avenue then make a slight right turn onto 6th Avenue.
  • Turn right onto Federal Street.
  • Take the second left onto River Street.
  • Turn right to stay on River Street.
  • 216 River Street will be on the left.

From the South

  • Take Interstate 787 north to exit 8 (23rd St./Watervliet/Green Island).
  • Turn right at Hudson Avenue and continue onto Lower Hudson Avenue.
  • Turn right at Albany Avenue.
  • Continue onto the Green Island Bridge into Troy.
  • Take the first right onto River Street and turn right again to stay on River Street.
  • 216 River St. will be on the left.

From the East

  • Take Route 2 west into Troy.
  • Turn left onto Pawling Avenue.
  • Turn right onto Congress Street.
  • Turn right onto 2nd Street.
  • Turn left onto River Street.
  • 216 River St. will be on the left.

From the West

  • Take Route 7 (Troy Schenectady Road) east.
  • Take a slight left onto Interstate 87 (Northway) north travel briefly then take exit 7 (Route 7 E/ Troy/Cohoes) and merge back onto Route 7.
  • Cross the Hudson River and take the exit toward 6th Avenue then make a slight right turn onto 6th Avenue.
  • Turn right onto Federal Street.
  • Take the second left onto River Street.
  • Turn right to stay on River Street.
  • 216 River St. will be on the left.

Public Transportation

  • The Route 87 (Beman Park)  bus stop is approximately a four minute walk from 216 River St. Several bus routes run in Troy.
