Empire State University Transcripts

Your Undergraduate Empire State University transcript consists of:

• a summary page of study/course work with GPA information
• a GETA (General Education Transcript Addendum), if your transcript is going to a SUNY school.

Effective with the Fall 1 2015 term, the summary page will include from the Fall 1 2015 term forward all studies/courses attempted and in progress. 

For studies/courses taken prior to the Fall 1 2015 term, the summary includes grades for successfully completed studies/courses only.

Note: Your concurred degree program can be sent with your transcript, if requested. 

Your Empire State University transcript consists of:

• a summary page of course work with GPA information
• copies of contract evaluations of all successfully completed courses prior to November 2011, except for the MBA.

Effective with the Fall 1 2015 term, the summary page will include all courses attempted and in progress. 

For studies/courses taken prior to the Fall 1 2015 term, NC was the grade for course work not successfully completed, with a quality point value of 0.00; an FC grade denoted full credit, representing a B or better achievement.
