Your academic record at Empire State College includes a history of your studies, your degree program if it has been approved by both your center and the Office of Collegewide Academic Review, copies of learning contracts, and copies of your contract evaluations, among other items. If you have questions about your record, our records staff will be glad to assist you.
Please note that the Office of the Registrar can help answer questions about parts of your record that are fully processed; they cannot indicate the status of items that are still in the stages of being processed. For example, they will be able to tell you if a contract evaluation for one of your studies has been filed, but they will not be able to tell you the status of its processing if it has not been submitted by your mentor and approved by your center. Because of this, it is often a good idea to contact your center or unit first with questions about your academic record.
