Business, Management and Economics Residency

The Northeast Center Business, Management and Economics (BME) Residency is designed for students to take undergraduate studies in a blended-model that combines three face-to-face group meetings with an online component. Our residency is open to students in all areas of study and from any Empire State College location. The studies offered in the BME residency focus on business, management and economic topics, and in some cases, fulfill general education requirements.

What is the Business, Management and Economics (BME) Residency?

  • an opportunity to combine interactive face-to-face group meetings with the convenience of online learning three weekends during the Fall 1 and Spring 1 terms
  • a chance to network with, and hear from, expert business professionals and community leaders and attend career building workshops
  • an environment to study with faculty mentors who combine academic expertise and business experience that provide students with comprehensive knowledge and perspective of today's business world
  • the support to accomplish your goals and earn your college degree while balancing the demands of work, life and family responsibilities.
