The BME Residency courses use a blended model that combine online learning with three on-site meetings per term. The on-site meetings are mandatory and are held at 113 West Ave. in Saratoga Springs.
The on-site meeting schedule is broken down into two cores with an hour for lunch in between the cores. Students are required to attend during their scheduled class time and may register for one course in Core I and/or one course in Core II.
Each course meets for 2 hours and 45 minutes with a 15 minute break. During class, students will meet with their instructor and fellow classmates and work on projects and assignments.
During the lunch break from 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m., students are encouraged to attend the "Lunch and Learn" sessions that offer a variety of professional and personal enrichment workshops and presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for students to network and learn practical skills and knowledge to apply to the workplace and everyday life.
