ESC provides a convenient self service password management tool to our students, faculty, and staff. This tool allows you to set a single password for multiple college systems including MyESC, your office computer, a computer lab desktop computer, all secure college websites, the Office 365 environment, and Moodle.
The password management tool offers a self-service capability to reset your password when you forget, or to change your password, to maintain your account's security. To use the self-service reset feature, the password management system requires you to have a strong password and to set up five security questions and answers.
To change your password and to create security questions, you will log into the password management tool (https://password.esc.edu). Your username format is firstname.lastname@example.org where ### is the last three numbers of your college ID number.
Faculty and Staff:
To change your password and to create security questions, you will log into the password management tool (https://password.esc.edu). Your username format is John.Doe@esc.edu.
- Enter your current password.
- Click on the Login button.
The password management tool determines upon login if your password is strong or complex.
- If you have a strong password, follow the Instructions for Security Challenge Questions, to set up security challenge questions for password recovery when you have forgotten your password.
