Funding Databases

SPIN

SPIN is a comprehensive funding database developed by infoEd Global that includes more than 10,000 funders covering federal, state and private grant-making entities, including some that are international, supporting the sciences, humanities, education and social sciences. To get started setting up on SPIN, contact the Office of Sponsored Programs.

To use SPIN to its fullest extent, create your professional profile in GENIUS, including your curriculum vitae, your research and funding interests. The data collected in GENIUS is merged by SMARTS with the funding opportunities in SPIN to provide you with the option of receiving weekly notifications of new or updated grant opportunities that match your specific funding interests.
