First Ever Student Wellness Weekends

The Office of Student Life is excited to share with you a new engagement opportunity provided by the Student Health and Wellness Initiative. The Office of Student Life is thrilled to pilot a new approach to our traditional Student Wellness Retreat in 2019. This year, we will offer Wellness Weekends across the state in Saratoga Springs on May 11, 2019 and Rochester on May 18, 2019. We will also offer an event on Long Island once our new Selden location is open and online. These events will take place at our college locations in each city, and have a program spanning 9am-4pm with light breakfast and a full lunch provided.

These Wellness Weekends are meant to be an opportunity for you to learn more about your own health and wellness, pick up new tips and tricks to be mindful about your health and wellness, and allow you an opportunity to relax and recharge in a warm, welcoming environment. It is also an opportunity for the College to invite you into the locations across the state so that you can see the space (if you have not done so already), meet some of our faculty and staff, and allows The Office of Student Life and College Administrators to visit you in your own towns. SUNY Empire pride's itself on the fact that our students learn where they live, and we are excited to hit the road and see our students at their locations! The program is free to all students and guests of students (please be sure to register your guests within your own registration form on our registration page). Please keep in mind that our programming is for an audience 18 years of age or older.

We hope that you are as excited about this new take on this event as we are, and we hope to see you at one of the Wellness Weekends nearest you.
